Return & Refund Policy – A2 Academy Coaching Services
At A2 Academy Coaching, we are deeply committed to your healing, growth, and transformation. Each coaching session, course, and program is designed with great care, intention, and integrity to help you achieve the breakthroughs you desire.
Because coaching is a transformational and time-based service, we follow the policy outlined below:
1. No Refunds on Completed Services
Once a coaching session or program has been delivered (fully or partially), no refunds will be issued. This is because time, energy, and resources are invested to hold space for your healing journey.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for session cancellations or rescheduling.
Sessions missed without notice (no-show) will be counted as delivered.
Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis with compassion.
3. No Refunds on Digital Products, Courses, or Downloads
Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds are provided once the material has been accessed or delivered. We recommend reviewing all course details before enrolling.
4. Commitment-Based Coaching
Healing requires time, dedication, and trust. If you are unsure about committing to a full program, we recommend starting with a discovery session or a short-term package.
